Who are we?
Working Smarter was founded by Sarah Fowler in 2017 as a boutique consultancy to assist organisations in developing creative, innovative and pragmatic solutions.
Sarah is a highly-regarded consultant and people leader with rich and diverse experience across a range of sectors. She is renowned for her clear strategic thinking and for approaching everything with curiosity, creativity and commitment.
In 2021, Justine Vaisutis joined Working Smarter as a subject-matter expert in diversity and inclusion and respectful behaviours.
